| Journal of Organizational Behaviour and Working Place Psychology is an international refereed journal quarterly online open access by KMF that mainly publish empirical research of interest for psychologists, and which represents a contribution to knowledge in all areas of which can be termed industrial, work and organizational psychology, human resource, organizational behavior, personnel psychology, as well as behavioral, cognitive and neuroscientific aspects of labor relations, ergonomics, and human factors. Open Access—free for readers, with article processing charges (APC) paid by authors or their institutions. Recognition of Reviewers: reviewers who provide timely, thorough peer-review reports receive vouchers entitling them to a discount on the APC of their next publication in any KMF journal, in appreciation of the work done. |
