Aims and scope
Journal of Organizational Behaviour and Working Place Psychology is an international refereed journal quarterly online open access by KMF that mainly publish empirical research of interest for psychologists, and which represents a contribution to knowledge in all areas of which can be termed industrial, work and organizational psychology, human resource, organizational behavior, personnel psychology, as well as behavioral, cognitive and neuroscientific aspects of labor relations, ergonomics, and human factors. The mission of the journal is to promote and support the development of Work and Organizational Psychology by publishing high-quality scientific articles that improve our understanding of phenomena occurring in work and organizational settings. The aim of the journal is to contribute to a better working life based on high-quality research. The journal seeks to publish papers covering the important issues in working life on all levels, including the societal, the organizational and the individual level. The journal also encourages research combining two or more of these levels and we invite empirical as well as theoretical, methodological and review manuscripts. The journal publishes different types of high-quality empirical articles using quantitative or qualitative methods, meta-analyses and systematic reviews.
KMF Publication Ethics Statement
Journal of Organizational Behaviour and Working Place Psychology is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics. KMF takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure to add high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like, do arise. KMF takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use latest software to check submissions against previous publications.
