Aims and scope
Journal of Taxation and Ethical Issue is an international refereed journal publishes quarterly online open access by KMF. The journal focuses on laws relating to Taxation i.e, Direct & Indirect Tax under which the flow of Economy are complied with various regulations. We welcome all the Practitioners of Taxation, scholars and Professors to contribute their efforts on Taxation law with a view to explore the new ideas and knowledge. This is a peer reviewed journal that aims at the dissemination and advancement of research in taxation field contributed by the law students, advocates and other professionals who explore the challenges in this tax world. The aim of the journal is to provide a platform to researchers, practitioners, academicians, and professionals associated with the field of Taxation and to encourage and promote research across a wide breadth of areas pertaining to Taxation. The journal is your trusted resource for new tax law developments, including court decisions, Treasury/IRS rulings, legislation – and other issues that may impact you and your clients. It takes a wide-angle approach to taxpayers and tax topics, covering individuals and corporations, estates and trusts, partnerships and other pass-through. Journal of Taxation and Ethics also covers issues arising in tax accounting, ethical issues, real estate transactions, compensation and employee benefits, retirement plans, and cross-border transactions.
KMF Publication Ethics Statement
Journal of Taxation and Ethical Issue is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics. KMF takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure to add high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like, do arise. KMF takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use latest software to check submissions against previous publications.
