Aims and scope
Journal of Sustainability Education, Training and Leadership is an international refereed journal publishes quarterly online open access by KMF that draws contributions from a wide community of international researchers. The journal focus serves as a forum for academics and practitioners to share, critique, and promote research, practices, and initiatives that foster the integration of economic, ecological, and social-cultural dimensions of sustainability within formal and non-formal educational contexts. Each issue will include research and practice feature articles, professional and news reports of projects and initiatives, opinion pieces, announcements of educational and research opportunities, and book and other media reviews. It encourages submissions from educators active in a wide variety of settings: public and private K-12 schools; higher education; early childhood education; environmental, outdoor and experiential education; community organizing and education; residential and nonresidential treatment and therapy programs; as well as informal and non-traditional educators.
KMF Publication Ethics Statement
Journal of Sustainability Education, Training and Leadership is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics. KMF takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure to add high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like, do arise. KMF takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use latest software to check submissions against previous publications.
Authors and publishers are encouraged to send review copies of their recent related books to the following address. Received books will be listed as Books Received within the journal’s News & Announcements section.
