Aims and scope
Journal of Organizational Strategy and Leadership is an international refereed journal publishes quarterly online open access by KMF. The journal seeks to publish papers that ask and help to answer important and interesting questions in strategic management, develop and/or test theory, replicate prior studies, explore interesting phenomena, review and synthesize existing research, and evaluate the many methodologies used in our field. It also publishes studies that demonstrate a lack of statistical support in a particular sample for specific hypotheses or research propositions. We welcome a diverse range of research methods and are open to papers that rely on statistical inference, qualitative data, verbal theory, computational models and mathematical models. Overall, Journal of Organizational Strategy and Leadership provides a communication forum for advancing the understanding of strategic management. This includes all topics that are relevant to the performance of firms and non-profit organizations.
KMF Publication Ethics Statement
Journal of Organizational Strategy and Leadership is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics. KMF takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure to add high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like, do arise. KMF takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use latest software to check submissions against previous publications.
