Aims and scope
Journal of Educational Psychological Research and Development is an international refereed journal publishes quarterly online open access by KMF. The journal provides an international forum for the discussion and rapid dissemination of research findings in psychological aspects of education ranging from pre-school to tertiary provision and the education of children with special learning needs. As a journal that focuses on researches within a quantitative, scientific remit, Educational Psychology places particular emphasis on the publishing of high-quality empirical reports based on experimental and behavioural studies. The main purpose of the Journal of Educational Psychology is to publish original, primary psychological research pertaining to education across all ages and educational levels. A secondary purpose of the Journal is the occasional publication of exceptionally important theoretical and review articles that are pertinent to educational psychology. Our aim is to publish research which has a broad international appeal to researchers and practitioners in education. We welcome empirical and methodological papers, experimental studies, observations of classroom behaviours, interviews, and surveys. Important criteria in the selection process are quality of argument and execution, clarity in presentation, and educational significance. We also welcomes papers that make these contributions from a variety of perspectives, such as historico-cultural psychology, cognitive psychology, educational psychology, developmental psychology, cultural studies, etc.
KMF Publication Ethics Statement
Journal of Educational Psychological Research and Development is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics. KMF takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure to add high quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate authorship credit, and the like, do arise. KMF takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use latest software to check submissions against previous publications.
